The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0022 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, PO Box 9729, Stratford, Connecticut 06497-9129, for the procurement of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 3930 Airframe Modification Kits, the integration of T-700 engine Digital Electronic Control Units (DECUs) into the modifications kits, the accountability of DECUs and the installation of integrated airframe modification kits into aircraft. ECP 3930 modifies the H-60 airframe to accommodate the redesigned T-700 engine DECU. Sikorsky, as the sole developer and manufacturer of the H-60 model, is the only company that possess the expertise, technical data, equipment and experienced personnel necessary to perform the required design and logistics efforts associated with this procurement.
