Furnish, and install one acoustic flow measurement system for the powerplant penstock. Furnish spare parts, templates, plus miscellaneous repair and maintenance parts. Replacement runner will function in an existing horizontal shaft single-runner, single-jet, impulse-type hydraulic turbine, driving a 9,600 kVA, 600 rpm, direct coupled, generator. Existing unit is horizontal shaft Pelton turbine, rated 12,000 horsepower at a net head of 2,490 feet at 600 rpm. Replacement runner to be Stainless Steel, with hub and impulse buckets cast integrally, and not exceeding 7,500 pounds. Job site is Upper Molina Powerplant located 7 miles southeast of Molina Colorado, or 23 miles northeast of Palisade Colorado.
