The Navy has a requirement for one (1) each lot of Residual Materials which consists of various electrical and mechanical hardware components which have specific applications to the AN/SLQ-32 Countermeasures Systems and the Navy's SIDEKICK Program. The materials will also be used to produce FMS spares as well as depot repair parts. The Government will negotiate with only one source, Raytheon Company, 141 Spring Street, Lexington, MA. All materials, some of which are obsolete, are in the possession of Raytheon. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required 10 days after contract award, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN with inspection and acceptance at destination. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
