We are seking suppliers who have ALL the following capabilities: (a) the ability to independently provide the highest quality and most comprehensive analysis & discussion concerning the gamut of federal tax issues, including the most complex tax issues; (b) the highest quality tax research capabilities plus sufficiently trained personnel to do research on an ongoing basis; (c) the ability to write, direct, and produce television programming using (a) and (b) above to reach an audience of tax professionals such as accountants & tax lawyers, and also IRS officials; and (d) the ability to broadcast the programming nationwide via satellite, using broadcast facilities, equipment, & personnel to be supplied by the vendor.
