Included in the requirement is furnishing all containers of no less than 3 cu yd capacity, transportation, labor, equipment, and disposal fees. Collection frequency varies between once a week to once every other week, depending on the season. Period of service covers Oct 1, 1998 through Sept 30, 1999, with option to extend the services one additional year.
