The Postal Service makes awards based on best value. To assist in the evaluation of supplier capability and past performance, the Offeror MUST INCLUDE with his/her offer all of the following: 1. Financial Statement (within last 12 months); 2. List of 5 largest completed jobs within the last two (2) years; 3. Provide a listing of current projects; 4. Provide actual work to be performed by your firm, excluding subcontractors. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits the best combination of Technical Proposal, Business Proposal (cost/price), and other factors considered. The primary areas to be used in determining which proposal is most advantageous to the Postal Service are listed in descending order of importance: Past experience; Financial Capability; Price.
