Walker 816-426-7267 x241 or Patsy Willins x230 The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to repairs the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system which includes the temperature control system at the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Pittsburg, PA. The control system is Barber Coleman now Siebe Controls. Renovation of the HVAC system will include, but not limited to, new sequence of operations, replacement of annunciator panel, replacement of outside air return air and supply air temperature sensors for all AHU's, repair operation of VAV boxes, new ductwork for FTU-1 and FTU-2, and other miscellaneous repairs an enhancements to the HVAC and DDC system. The government intends to contract this procurement with Siebe Controls.. The Government knows of no other source and believes this procurement is proprietary to Siebe. This procurement will be acquired under the authority of 41USC253 (c)(1). The Government will evaluate responses from any qualified source capable of supplying this procurement. Any business source are encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 days after it's publication.
