This contract will consist of a base year and four option years for electrical distribution maintenance and emergency response services. Boston Edison is the sole provider of electricity to the US Soldier Systms Comand and is the only source capable of providing the necessary services in a timely manner to maintain SSCOM's connectivity to the eletrical distribution network.
