The United States Army anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to provide guard services for the Dalecarlia and McMillan Treatment Plant, Washington Aqueduct (WAD), Washington, D.C. The objective of this contract is protection services performed in a professional manner. The contractor will be required to furnish management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide protection services in accordance with the solicitation scope of work for both the Dalecarlia and McMillan Treatment Plants, WAD. Award will be made using Best Value procedures described in the solicitation.
