The Navy requires manufacture of one each electronic imaging system for electronic imaging, filing and retrieval of documents generated in both hard copy (printer output and hand written) and electronic formats in accordance with salient characteristics. The Contractor shall install system and provide user training. The government will provide scanning station hardware and software and database/disk extender server hardware and software. Options to include one year renewable software maintenance, one year renewable hardware maintenance and additional user licenses for data retrieval in increments defined by the Contractor.
