The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Fixed Price -- New Construction Owned contract at Tracy's Landing, MD Main Office. This contract will include a build-out of a new 2,500 square foot Post Office building, including site preparation, interior build-out and landscaping. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits the best combination of Technical Proposal, Business Proposal (cost/price), Business/Management Proposal (if applicable), and other factors considered. The primary areas to be used in determining which proposal is most advantageous to the Postal Service are listed in descending order of importance: 1.) Supplier Capability; 2.) Past Experience. Cost / Price will be considered in the award decision, although the award may not necessarily be made to that offeror submitting the lowest cost. The Postal Service makes awards based on best value. To assist in the evaluation of supplier capability and past experience, the offeror MUST include with his/her offer all of the following: 1.) Financial Statement (within last 12 months); 2.) List of 5 largest completed jobs within the last two (2) years (also, any US Postal Service and/or other Government Agency jobs).
