Bureau of Reclamation, PN Region, Boise, Idaho has the following
requirement for 13 computers. This acquisition is a set-aside. This is
a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a
written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ)
and statement are issued as RFQ 1425-98-SQ-10-04500. The RFQ
incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 97-7. The standard industrial classification is
5961 and the small business size standard is $18.5 million. CLIN 001:
The minimum standard features are: Intel 400 MHz Pentium II Processor
or compatible with 512K Cache 128 MB SDRAM, 17" EV 700 Color Monitor,
6.4 GB Ultra ATA Hard Drive, E series Mid Tower Case, Keyboard & Mouse,
Intel or compatible LAN Desk Client Manager Software Version 3.1, MS
Windows NT Workstation 4.0 and a 3 year limited warranty and 1 year
onsite service. The following are applicable provisions and contract

provide 3 references for similar equipment provided in the past 6-8
months, government contracts preferred, then commercial entities.

number of acquiring customer and contract amount. Furthermore, offerors
must submit descriptive literature, warranty information, service
center locations, price, and delivery schedule. Offers for GSA prices
