The successful offeror shall be required to visit the 15 Pilot Communities as part of the grassroots coalition building process and convene a meeting of all Arson Prevention Coalition members, set-up a timetable and assign responsibilities to implement the community's arson prevention and awareness plan. The period of performance of the resulting contract will be from the date of award through May 31, 1999. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated.
