Work includes repairment of masonry walls but not necessarily is limited to the following: Coping/parapets and openings that are presently absorbing and leaking water through and within their structural components, through the building walls and through the open freestanding wall features. The proposed work is to be done in all the affected areas. All work is to be performed in accordance with VA specifications and drawings.
