(202-482-1512) The Ministry of Defense, NATO Infrastructure Department,
invites bids to provide and restore airfield facilities at Erzurum
Airfield, Turkey. the work consists of: (1) New jet fuel storage area
at SE-1, including 2 each 25oo cu. m storage tank, manifold filter
station, drain tank, 2 each truck refueling pit, standby power,
connection road, power supply and fence; (2) Additional jet fuel
storage at existing SE-2 including 1 each 1250 cu.m storage tank,
manifold filter station modification and fence; (3) Interconnecting
pipeline (4000 m); (4) SW taxitrack loop, A/C parking platforms and
maintenance & inspection apron reconstruction (LCN-50) 19095 sq. m
lighting system restoration and surface drainage; (5)Hydrazine storage
(65 sq. m), connection road, power and water supply; (6) Inert storage
(300 sq. m) and connection road; (7) Restoration of maintenance hangar
(680 sq. m) and power supply; and (8) 1 each liquid oxygen storage (88
sq m) with 3 each 6000 It tanks, 1 each liquid oxygen storage with 2
each 6000 It tanks (47 sq. m). Interested firms should have
successfully completed the procurement and installation of paved areas,
airfield lighting and jet fuel storage facilities in any NATO country.
Firms must have at least NATO Confidential security clearance. All
applicants must be certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office
