Project consists of constructing a cable concrete crossing, 15.5 inch square concrete blocks cabled together to form a mat 4 feet wide by 16 feet long as manufactured by International Erosion Control Systems. The size of the completed cable concrete crossing will be 12 feet wide and 112 feet long. Both the approaches have had boulders placed in the roadway for 100 feet each side of the crossing making a rough approach for avid four-wheel drivers. Boulders will also be placed in the road surface at the parking and turnaround area. Estimated cost range of this project is $25,000 -- $100,000.
