The project involves all labor, material, equipment, tools, travel and performance of all operations required to meet the requirements of a sitework and paving indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract at Hanscom AFB, MA, Ipswich Antenna Test Facility MA, Sagamore Hill Electronics Research Center, MA, New Boston AS, NH, Cape Cod AS, MA, and Fourth Cliff Recreational Annex, MA, in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. The principal items of work include, but are not limited to: bituminous paving, concrete foundation construction, miscellaneous concrete construction, curbing repair and construction, water line repair and construction, sanitary sewerage repair and construction, storm drainage line repair and construction, electric and communications conduit installation, fencing, miscellaneous landscaping, miscellaneous earthwork and miscellaneous sitework. Work is issued on a delivery order basis for the life of the contract. The basic contract extends for one year and will have one (1) option year. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The minimum total for the life of the contract will be equal to $50,000 and the maximum total for the life of the contract will be equal to $4,000,000.
