This solicitation invites proposals for the Box Lobby Upgrade of an existing building in Key Largo, Florida (Monroe County) at the Key Largo Main Office. The facility is located at 100100 Overseas Highway, approximately 7,442 interior sq. ft. Upgrade PO Box Lobby in accordance with drawings and specifications. Permitting not required for this project, however, contractor is required to perform all work in accordance with South Florida Building Code and other applicable standards. PO Box Lobby Upgrade currently is not funded. We anticipate funding the first quarter of the new fiscal year and award may not be made until that time. Prices submitted must be guaranteed for 120 days from the closing date. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS WILL BE REQUIRED FROM THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR.
