Work involved in this project include providing labor, material, supervision, transportation, and equipment to cover munitions igloos, buildings 6128, 6162, 6350, 6353, 6373, 6374, 6376, and 6377 with topsoil and hydro seed. Install additional topsoil to bring the total topsoil coverage over the concrete igloos to a minimum of 28" and compact enough to provide adequate erosion control, yet still provide enough loose material to allow grass seed to grow. Hydro seed shall consist of 35% Smooth Brome of Polar' or Manchar' type; 50% Creeping Red Fescue of Arctared' type; 10% Kentucky bluegrass of Nugget' or Park' type; 3% Asike Clover, 2% Annual Rygrass. Fertilizer shall be a 10-20-20 type. Government will furnish soil and water only. Contractor shall be responsible for loading, hauling, and dumping topsoil and water from source to project site. Performance period for this contract is 45 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is set aside for small business.
