The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price noncompetitive procurement with Motorola, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ. They are the current source for this equipment. Complete detailed technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of this equipment is not available from the Army. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for a proposal. A written solicitation will not be issued.
