This permit shall be for the term of approximately five years from November 1, 1998 through September 30, 2003. Interested parties should contact Noel R. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This permit has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and no environmental document will be prepared. The Director will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. A copy of the current Cooperatimg Association Agreement must accompany this offer.
