The USAFE Contracting Squadron intends to solicit proposals for a follow-on contract for Base Maintenance Services for Rhein Main A.B., Germany. Functional areas include Program Management, Civil Engineering, Vehicle Management & Maintenance, Traffic Management, and Aerospace Ground Equipment and Transient Alert (AGE/TA). Excluding Civil Engineering, Mission Capability will be presented by Oral Proposal located at Rhein Main A.B., Germany. The period of performance for the Rhein Main Base Maintenance Contract is for a three month phase-in period and one basic year starting 1 Oct 99 with four option years. A Fixed Price Incentive Fee Type Contract is anticipated. This procurement requires U.S. Security Clearance for key positions.
