BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE LASS UNIT, THE REPROCUREMENT WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED SOLE SOURCE WITH ALLIED SIGNAL CORPORATION, PHOENIX, AZ. ALLIED SIGNAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBCONTRACT THE START CART ASSEMBLY WORK WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SOURCE. DEFINITION OF A SMALL BUSINESS FOR THIS SUBCONTRACTING EFFORT SHALL BE 1,000 EMPLOYEES.
