Earlier delivery is acceptable and desirable at no additional cost to the Government. Packaging requirements ASTM-D-3951-90 applies to equipment that will be shipped to USATA, Redstone Arsenal and Best Commercial Practice for overseas shipment, using MIL-P-45213 A/A guidance. Contractor commercial warranty is required for all equipment procured on the contract. Two manuals shall be delivered with each item. The contractor shall take delivery from the manufacturer in ample time to process the equipment for preshipment calibration. Equipment shall be returned to the contractor no later than 10 days prior to final delivery. A Statement of Work will be issued by request from the above mentioned facisimile number.
