This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)The Request for Quotation number is 117-0550. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for a small business. The deliveries will be made on an "on-call" basis. The order will be placed by Thursday for delivery the following week. Orders/delivery will be approximately one time per month. The order will be a minimumof a semi load per shipment (approximately 900 bags). Delivery hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. EST. No deliveries will be accepted before or after these times. No deliveries will be accepted on federal holidays.
