carpet and install contractor furnished carpet. Carpet will be nylon
face with static control, woven though the back with multi-level loop
pile and synthetic backing. Contractor will provide floor preparation
and all glues required to install carpet. Replace all vinyl cove base
molding with 4", vinyl cove base and ceramic tiles in hallways.
Estimate area requiring floor preparation is approximately 4915 SY.
