Esser, Contracting Officer, (937) 666-4511 The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Vehicle Research and Test Center (VRTC) requires instrumented lower legs for the Hybrid III 50th percentile Male Anthropomorphic test dummy. Four (4) pairs shall have structural clevis Denton #2110, Upper Tibia Denton #3292 and Lower Tibia Denton #3093. Two (2) pairs shall have Instrumented Clevis Denton #1587, Upper Tibia Denton #3643 and Lower Tibia Denton #3644. Instrumentation for this device was developed by R.A. Denton. The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price contract to R.A. Denton, Inc. for the instrumented legs as specified. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor is a RFP available. Interested parties believing they are capable of providing this requirement must respond to this notice in writing within fifteen (15) days after its appearance in the CBD.
