The contractor shall be on call to respond with appropriate equipment and manpower, twenty-four (24) hours per day and be located within fifteen (15) minutes of the installation. The contractor shall have evironmental liability insurance. The contractor shall supply personnel trained in accordance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFQ by forwarding their written request for the RFQ to this office.
