The Navy has a requirement for environmental chambers manufactured in accordance with a NSWC Crane performance specification. Capabilities must include automatic programming, recording, and controlling of dry-bulb temperature conditions. The following quantities are required: CLIN 0001, Stationary Temperature Chamber, Nominal 2 Cu. Ft.-Min 2 each, Max 6 each; CLIN 0002, Stationary Temperature Chamber, Nominal 8 Cu. Ft.- Min 5 each, Max 15 each; CLIN 0003, Portable Temperature Chamber, Nominal 8 Cu. Ft. Min 1 each, Max 3 each; and CLIN 0004, PC-Based Multi-Chamber Control Package, Min 1 each, Max 5 each. Delivery is required F.o.b. Destination within 90 days of contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be at NSWC Crane within 14 days after installation by contractor. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note 1. A contract will be awarded using Commercial Simplified Acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. See Numbered Note 26. The StandardIndustrial Code is 3569 and the size standard is 500 employees. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination after installation. A two-year Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery contract is anticipated. The procurement will be structured for a greatest value award, considering price and past performance.
