Equipment shall be a Centrafeed 1234 with Quattro option, manufactured by Central Finishing Systems of America or equal. Any submitted Spreader/Feeder must be compatible with a Lavatec 800 Ironer. Some features required are as follows: PLC system CT 1000 control; Single lane, 120 working width; variable speed, Intet conveyor manually adjusted; top section raises to allow feeding of small pieces; counters for every station; fast disconnect air lines; transport wheels. Contractor shall be responsible to provide start up training, rigging and installation as well as disconnecting of existing machine for disposal. FOB shall be destination.
