This technical assistance will facilitate such activities as the preparation for the Advisory Committees called for by new legislation, the implementation of HRSA's Strategic Plan related to the DM, the interface with leaders of the health professions community regarding performance measures/outcome indicators related to Title VII primary care grant programs, the review of regulations for selected Title VII Grant Programs, the development of 6-8 new educational programs, and the creation of regional grant writing/TA workshops.
