Amendment 00003 is issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This amendment constitutes the only amendment to the above referenced combined synopsis/solicitation notice, proposals are being requested, and a written amendment will not be issued. Amendment 00003 is issued to make the clarifications, corrections, and changes resulting from written questions received and other current information. Subject combined synopsis/solicitation notice is amended as shown below. Information in this amendment supersedes previous information. No further questions will be accepted. The following listed pages have been amended (identified by a vertical line in the left and right margins next to the specifically changed information). These revised pages shall supersede those previously provided in the combined synopsis/solicitation notice and Amendments 00001 and 00002 and shall be included in place of the original pages in Vol III, of the offeror's proposal, if applicable. The following attachments are added to the combined synopsis/solicitation notice: 1) Atch 9, Sample Forms, 6 pages (responding to Question 16); and, 2) Atch 10, Questions and Responses. Please note that if your company previously requested a copy of the attachments under the previously published combined synopsis/solicitation notice, a copy of the changed pages will be forthcoming to you. The due date for receipt of proposals is hereby changed from "3:00 P.M., EST, on Friday, August 21, 1998" to "3:00 P.M., EST, on Wednesday, August 26, 1998."
