This will be a 3 tier project consisting of separate bid items for each tier. Each tier will be completed or not contingent upon available funding. Tier one (1) -- This work is to complete the construction of an equipment shed, closed on three sides, using building materials and construction methods which will match the existing equipment shed. The building is to be 28' deep by 160' long. The shed roof will be approximately 12'8" at the back and 14'8" at the front. Tier two (2) -- This work is to complete the construction of an equipment shed, closed on three sides, using building materials and construction methods which will match the existing equipment shed. The building is to be 28" deep by 120' long. The shed roof will be approximately 12'8" at the back and 14'8" at the front. Tier three (3) -- This work is to complete the construction of an equipment shed, closed on three sides, using building materials and construction methods which will match the existing equipment shed. The building is to be 28' deep by 180' long. The shed roof will be approximately 12'8" at the back and 14'8" at the front. List of materials types: -- Support members are to be 4 X 4 steel and will be set in 2' of concrete. -- Rafter trusses are to be 8" steel I-beams. -- Roof purlins are to be 2" X 6" C channel. -- Wall bracing will be 2" X 6" C channel -- The covering must be 26 gauge R panel with 20 year sand colored paint warranty in matching sand color.
