The North Cascades National Park Service Complex will issue a Request for Quotation to furnish and install approximately 626 linear feet of handrailing and provide 5 railing sign mounts and 1 framed sign mount. The bases for the railing will be constructed by the Park Service and will be ready for railing installation between September 15, 1998 and June 1, 1999. The Contractor shall construct the handrailing on-site in accordance with the plans. The project is located approximately 59 miles east of Sedro Woolley, Washington along State Route 20, in Whatcom County. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1629. The Size Standard is $17.0 million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. The proposed solicitation is offered pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, PL 100-656. A firm fix-priced contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
