The effort will include demolition of existing air lines, electricals, heating system, and adjacent utility shed. No asbestos work will be involved. Also included is installation of a new heating system, electricals, steam lines, air lines, doors, and the construction of a new utility shed. Estimate range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Term of the contract will be 90 calendar days. Bid opening is not firm, but will be approximately October 12, 1998. Bonds will be required.
