The Flathead National Forest will be advertising a Request for Quotations for the design and construction of a building to house a helicopter approximately 60 feet long, 12 feet wide, and 14 feet high, along with an office, restroom, storage, and a ready area for a support crew, Hungry Horse Ranger Station, Flathead County, Montana. The building floor plan, basic elevations, interior and exterior finish materials, and general size will be specified in the solicitation package. The Contractor shall be responsible for completing a design compliant with State and local codes for the architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, site preparation, and any other required portions of the project. After design approval by the Forest Service, the Contractor shall entirely construct the building according to the design, which includes connections to existing utility services.
