The Air Force intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract (SUBJECT TO FUNDS AVAILABILITY) to Renovate Pellet Mill Room Fac 6000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Alter: Renovation of the Pellet Mill Room in the powerhouse at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Provide disconnection and removal of all Pellet Mill equipment and apparatuses; Provide new elevated concrete floor deck on structural steel frame; Provide two new doors and door openings; Provide modifications to existing mechanical systems; Provide electrical modifications to renovated space; Provide storage cabinets and wire mesh partition caging in renovated space; Perform all cutting, patvhing, and restoration resulting from demolition and restoration operations. The performance period of this project is 120 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. Project value is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
