This acquisition is for two existing earth satellite terminals located at Chesapeake, Virginia and Sebana Seca, Puerto Rico. The terminals consist of 9 meter antennas and associated equipments (i.e. environmentally controlled equipment shelters which contain SATCOM components such as redundant satellite modems, high power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, up converters, down converters, and test equipments).
