Box 70663, Richmond, CA, to provide Upgrade and Accessories for an existing MTS BioMechanics Test System. The items are Mini Bionix System, Universal Conditioner, Analog input, Lifecycle Software Agreement, MTS Environmental Chamber, and Channel Spine Test Fixture & Upgrade. The focus of the Musculo Skeletal Systems group within the Rehab R&S center is defining and understanding musculoketletal pathologies and abnormalities as they pertain to veterans. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority fo FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
