73 -- VULCAN OVEN SOL w13g07-8210-1001 POC Purchasing Agent JEFFREY BALDWIN (Site Code DAAN02) The U.S. Army Soldier Systems Command has a requirement for a Vulcan Oven and a System Support Package. The oven (quantity of 8) shall be a Vulcan Oven P/N ECO66D OR EQUAL with the following salient characteristics: double oven shall be able to be shipped and used as individual units. The maximum overall outside dimensions of each oven shall not exceed 38 inches wide x 45 inches long x 32-1/4 inches high. The maximum weight of the unit shall not exceed 1,100 pounds. The electrical requirements for the oven are 208V, 50-60 Hz and 3 Phase. The System Support Package (quantity of 4) requires the manufacturer to identify and supply the five highest mortality components of the oven and shall supply a quantity to support six months usage for two double ovens. These components shall have the capability of being fixed on the field. This requirement is one hundred percent set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code for this procurement is 5046. The Small Business Size Standard is 100. Requests tobid on the aforementioned requirement shall be received no later than 26 August 1998.
