Argon shall be delivered to a 1500 gallon contractor owned storage tank located at the Naval Submarine School on the Naval Submarine Base NLON, Groton, Ct. Requests for the solicitation will not be accepted after the date in Item 10 of this notice. Quotations will not be considered after the date in block 10 of the Standard Form 18. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests for the solicitation.
