This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Project is to furnish all materials, equipment and labor for the replacement of a compressor on a 100 ton chiller, at building 10808, Lackland AFB Texas 78236.(in San Antonio), Replacement is for a Trane model CGWCD104EDNKK30EGT system. The compressor model number is Trane COM 3023(Brand Name Only restriction applies).Quotes that do not include installation are not acceptable. Statement of Work may be requested by FAX to 210-671-5063. Site tour available Friday 21 Aug at 0930 hrs, at the location. Installation must begin within 30 days after award and be finished within 40 days after award. Service contract Act and U.S. Dept Of Labor wage determination number 94-2521, revision 16, apply to this requirement. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7623. Size standard to meet small business requirement is not to exceed $5 million a year income.
