As a result of comments received from the draft RFP published 18 February 1998 on the NAVSEA website and the one-on-one meetings held with interested offerors, NAVSEA has revised the TISS RFP. A copy of the revised RFP is available for review and comments on the NAVSEA Contract Home Page on the internet at the address http://www.contracts.hq.navsea.navy.mil/, click on InfoDocs and it is listed under N00024-98-R-5434. Submit all comments and questions in writing to Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, 2531 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22242-5160, Attn: Ms. W. M. Hanshaw, SEA 02544W by 31 August 1998. All questions and comments will be responded to and posted on the internet. Interested offerors will be responsible for accessing the website to determine whether responses to questions and comments have been released or if the final RFP has been released.
