The annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ)#FBICU9827, the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #97-6. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Entech Instruments, Inc., 2265 Ward Ave., Simi Vallery, CA 93065. -- The requested equipment will be used to train FBI employees at various field offices. The requirement consists of the following: one (1) Model #7100 Turnkey Preconcentrator; one (1) Model #3100 Turnkey Cleaning System for Minicans; one (1) Model #01-12-70010 10' Male Smartlab Cable; one (1) Model #01-09-33400 3' Heated Line for Direct Op. with 7100; one (1) Model #01-09-33203 3' Heated Line for Direct Op. with 7000; twenty (20) Model #01-39-RGS-5 Inlet for performing 5 minute grab samp.; one hundred fifty (150) Model #01-29-MC400 400 ML MiniCan with Quick Connect Fittings -- FOB-Destination -- FBI, Engineering Research Facility, Quantico, VA 22135.
