This work requires an in-depth knowledge of Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC) data processing, modern meteorological data analysis techniques, data assimilation technologies, numerical weather prediction advances, high performance computer programming, post processing for the sensible weather parameters, and information visualization techniques.
