The Naval Air Systems Command, Air Combat Electronics Program Office (PMA-209) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-98-G-0121 to Rockwell Collins, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The order will be for the production and integration of approximately 2 each AN/ARC-210 Electronic Protection (EP) radios, RT-1794(C)/ARC, with associated equipment, and the supplies/services for a combined Reliability Warranty/Commercial Repair Depot. The performance is scheduled to commence in September 1998. Rockwell Collins, Inc. is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the AN/ARC-210 EP radio equipment and is the only firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, and experience to perform this effort within the required time.
