The requirement is a firm-fixed priced requirement for a bar for the MWR Malibu Club at NAF El Centro, CA 92243 in accordance with the statement of work and drawing. Statement of work: The contractor is to provide a solid oak bar, to be manufactured off-site for installation at the Sundown Bar in the Mirage Club, Bldg. 227, at NAF El Centro, CA 92243. Scope of work to include the following: 1. A solid oak bar top/one piece armrail and 4" bottle rail, 30-ft. straight run, 2 O/S 90-degree corners, workstation lift gate, fill-ins for remote beer tower drip trays. 2. Full stainless waitress station top w/7.5" drainable pour board, 24" module, brass C bar. 3. 28ft. oak veneer bar die constructed of multi layers of A-2 plywood w/melamine line for easy cleaning. 27.5 ft. 2" brass rail; brackets. 21" oak appliques panels, 1 door 24" waitress station cabinet, 63" oak applique panels, 72" oak applique panels. 4. 19 ft. lower back bar cabinetry, 18 ft. black laminate countertop & solid hardwood edge. 2-ft. oak veneer cabinet w/1 laminate door w/heavy duty commercial concealed hinges and brass handles, adjustable interior shelf. 1 each 2'6" four step liquor display w/lockable oak tambour door & interior light. 2 each oak veneer cabinets to house self-contained refrigerator by Perlick (or equivalent). 2 black laminate and glass doors. 1 each 3 ft. four step liquor display w/lockable oak tambour door & interior light. 5.
