Services are advertised as full and open competition. The contractor must have graduated from an accredited program related to this service. The awarded contractor must be licensed to practice and perform the services of Ultrasound, IVP, UGI, ACBE and EEG in the state of Illinois. Services will be provided at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), located at Pekin, Illinois. Services will be required for a one year base period, with two one-year option periods for a total of thirty-six months from the date of award. The estimated quantity of sessions for each twelve month period of the contract is twelve (one per month), sessions per year. Anticipated award date for base year of contract is October 1, 1998.
