Services are advertised as full and open competition. The contractor must licensed to practice medicine and be board certified in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. The awarded contractor must be licensed to practice these services of medicine in the state of Illinois. Services will be provided at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC), located at Pekin, Illinois. Services will be required for a one year base period, with three one-year option periods for a total of forty-eight months from the date of award. The estimated quantity of sessions for each twelve month period of the contract is thirty-six (three per month), sessions per year.
