This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) -- 99Q0078. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.5. This is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 7622 with a small business size standard of $5M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a competitive basis, a non-personal service to include all parts, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to provide maintenance a variety of audio and visual equipment for the United States Air Force Band. Response time for calls must be no more than two hours. This contract will be for the length of one fiscal year -- from 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99.
